Walt Disney World announced several new things guests can experience this summer at the resort. Let’s take a look at all the new experiences!
“Disney Dreams That Soar” will be an all-new drone based show at Disney Springs! State-of-the-art drones will be choreographed to create designs in the sky and paired with a new musical score and memorable movie quotes. Guests will turn their eyes to the skies above the West Side with a show amongst the stars. “Disney Dreams That Soar” will run nightly from May 24 through Sept. 2!
At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Joy from Pixar’s Inside Out and Inside Out 2 will be meeting guests at Pixar Plaza beginning June 10th! Pixar Plaza is home to several Pixar characters that you can meet in addition to Joy.
“¡Celebración Encanto!” will debut at EPCOT from June 10-Sept. 6 bringing a new summer sing-along featuring the beloved songs and story of “Encanto.” This new limited-time show, runs several times throughout the day and will feature Mirabel and Bruno on the newly opened CommuniCore Plaza stage.
CommuniCore Hall will also open June 10th as part of this new show debuting. Guests will be able to meet Mickey & Friends and experience various things inside this all-new venue.
Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Disney’s “The Lion King” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! This celebration will take place from June 10th through September 6th. Guests can celebrate with new Lion King merchandise as well as meet and greets and the popular Pumbaa popcorn bucket.
