Universal has just announced an all new quick service food location for CityWalk opening June 15th! Bend The Bao is an all new Asian fusion dining experience.

Guests will be able to find things like:

• Shrimp: fried shrimp, shredded cabbage, avocado, pico de gallo, and chipotle crema
• Crab Cake: Maryland-style crab cake, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and mustard aioli
• Beef Brisket: beef brisket, fried jalapeño, pickled red onion, cilantro, and avocado lime crema
• Veggie: roasted oyster mushrooms, spinach, sweet potato, caramelized onion, smoked ricotta cheese, and tomatillo salsa
• Pork Belly: pork belly, scallions, cucumber, honey-roasted peanuts, and cilantro
