As Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort undergoes a transformation to update and enhance its offerings, the BoardWalk Bakery will change to the BoardWalk Deli.
BoardWalk Deli, a Northeastern-style deli with a brand-new menu that will include fresh deli sandwiches, fresh baked breads, and a selection of bakery items. The updated location will reopen later this summer.
Next door at the former ESPN Club restaurant, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers, is a new table service restaurant and bakery that is expected to open in 2023. According to Disney, “this restaurant will offer both savory and dessert menus, along with afternoon tea service, in a whimsical atmosphere that complements the magic of the idyllic charm of Disney’s BoardWalk.”
The lobby at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn will also be refreshed along with a new coffee shop added, and the guest room updated. This enhancement will take place over the next couple years.
