Pricing

Disney Dining Plans are an add-on to Walt Disney World vacation packages and have a set cost per night of that package.

2024 Disney Dining Plan Pricing:

  • Quick Service Dining Plan – $57.01 per adult, per night and $23.83 per child, per night
  • Disney Dining Plan – $94.28 per adult, per night and $29.69 per child, per night

In 2020 pricing was as followed:

  • Quick Service Dining Plan – $55 per adult, per night and $26 per child, per night
  • Disney Dining Plan – $78.01 per adult, per night and $30.51 per child, per night

While not available during the return, the pricing for the other two plans Disney previously offered guests were as followed:

  • Disney Dining Plan Plus – $94.60 per adult, per night and $35 per child, per night
  • Deluxe Dining Plan – $119 per adult, per night and $47.50 per child, per night

Comparing 2024 pricing to the last time the Dining Plan was offered we can see adults will be paying $16.27 more for the Disney Dining Plan and $2.01 more for the Quick Service Dining Plan. Children 3-9 actually see a decrease in price with $0.82 less for the Disney Dining Plan and $2.17 less for the Quick Service Dining Plan.

So, the million-dollar question, is the dining plan worth it?

A lot of that answer comes down to the person or the family. How much do you eat and can you make the most of the plan.

Let’s say you eat at Chef Mickey’s which is $62 for dinner and $39 for children 3-9. For breakfast you went to the Pop Century food court. A waffle platter is $12.79 plus a drink which you get an orange juice for $4.99. That’s $79.78 not including tax and not including your daily snack you get as part of the plan. On top of the resort refillable mug which is a one time fee of $21.99.

If you plan more simple casual meals like eating at The Plaza, with entrées ranging from $20-$25 for adults, it could be more difficult to see the value. As a reminder though adults over 21 can get an alcoholic beverage with meals which increases that value even more. A beer at The Plaza for example ranges from $8.50-$10.50 which adds value to your plan.

It comes down to how you want to dine. It also comes down to how much you value convenience. Many may think you can’t put a price tag on that, and the Dining Plan is very convenient.
