Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruise lines have announced plans to return to cruising this summer.Both cruise lines are of course doing this will health and safety in mind.
Celebrity has announced they will be cruising in the Caribbean this summer. The Celebrity Millennium will be relocated from Alaska, Pacific Coastal, Canal, and Transatlantic sailings. The home port for this ship will now be St. Maarten. Those Alaska, Pacific Coastal, Canal, and Transatlantic sailings have been suspended for June through September 2021 on the Millennium.
As for Royal Caribbean the Adventure of the Seas will be sailing from Nassau, Bahamas this summer! Departures are set to resume in June 2021 and continue through August 2021. These weeklong getaways will visit Cozumel, Mexico as well as other popular Bahamian ports. There will even be a two day stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay. Royal Caribbean notes that those over 18 and fully vaccinated and children under 18 with a negative covid test will be able to sail. More details on health and safety measures will come soon.
With that Adventure of the Seas sailings to Europe in 2021 have also been cancelled. Those who have confirmed sailings between June 5th and October 14th, 2021 can elect to choose a refund, or accept a 125% future cruise credit.
