Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will soon be getting a bit larger with an all new Disney Vacation Club tower. These new villas are expected to open in late 2024.

Disney first announced today that the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show would not return at the resort. The show has been closed since the pandemic began. This now vacant space nestled on the edge of the Polynesian closest to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be where the new tower is built. The new tower is said to include new dining and recreation offerings. An all new pool can be seen in the rendering.
