During an ongoing media event for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Disney unveiled what is now coming to World Celebration, formerly Future World. No dates or timeframes were given for completion at this time.
As you can see, the previously announced multi-level Festival Center is no more. On the top left is the Journey of Water walk through attraction that is Moana inspired. The bottom left is an all new multi-purpose space called Communicore Hall. This pays homage to the original building that once stood there. In the center of this area is all new open space for guests to enjoy. At the center you can see the EPCOT logo in the ground. Dreamers Point with an all new Walt Disney statue will also be within that space. Another change you can see in the photo is no updated exit building for Spaceship Earth. Concept art previously depicted a new look for the exit to that attraction.
