Get ready for frightful fun and festive traditions — Disneyland Resort has officially announced its 2025 lineup of Halloween and fall celebrations, returning August 22 through October 31! This year’s offerings are packed with limited-time entertainment, delicious seasonal treats, themed merchandise, and more—all designed to bring guests together in celebration of Halloween and Día de los Muertos, with a sprinkle of Disney magic.

And don’t forget: the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration continues throughout the season, offering exclusive entertainment and anniversary enhancements across the parks.


🎃 Halloween Time Returns: Aug. 22 – Oct. 31, 2025

Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort is back and better than ever! Both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure will be transformed into fall wonderlands with festive décor, including the beloved giant Mickey pumpkin on Main Street, U.S.A.

Attraction overlays return, including:

  • Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland Park, inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas
  • Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween and Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree in Cars Land
  • Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark at Disney California Adventure

Guests can also enjoy Halloween-themed entertainment and offerings, like:

  • The “Halloween Screams” nighttime spectacular (with fireworks on select nights)
  • The interactive Mickey’s Trick and Treat show
  • Disney’s Happiest Haunts Guided Tour
  • Special appearances from characters in all-new Halloween looks themed to the 70th celebration

Families can also take part in Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit, a scavenger hunt that spans the parks and Downtown Disney with a festive prize at the end.

And of course, no Disney season is complete without themed food and drinks—think Oogie Boogie lemonade and jalapeño-cream cheese bread, plus the Mickey Mouse Family Halloween Collection and more available for purchase.


🌼 Plaza de la Familia: Aug. 22 – Nov. 2, 2025

Celebrate the rich traditions of Día de los Muertos with the return of Plaza de la Familia at Disney California Adventure. Inspired by Pixar’s Coco, this celebration features:

  • The Storytellers of Plaza de la Familia” live performance
  • Mexican cuisine at Paradise Garden Grill
  • Live music, arts and crafts, and colorful décor
  • The debut of the new Disney Pixar Coco Collection, launching in early September

In Frontierland at Disneyland Park, guests will also find an ofrenda display with marigolds, papel picado, and calacas near Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante.


👻 Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party

The popular Oogie Boogie Bash returns to Disney California Adventure on select nights from August 17 to October 31, 2025. This separately ticketed after-hours event offers:

  • The Frightfully Fun Parade
  • Villains Grove walk-through experience
  • Unique Disney villains and characters
  • Exclusive food, drinks, and merchandise
  • Access to select attractions with shorter wait times
  • Unlimited PhotoPass digital downloads
  • An optional Dessert Party with reserved parade seating

🎟️ Tickets go on sale to the public June 26 at 9 a.m. PT, with early access for Magic Key holders starting June 24.


🎉 Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration Continues
