I recently made a trip over to Disney’s Beach Club Resort, and there was one spot I heard received some changes. This lounge has always been one of those quiet, overlooked spots of the resort for many.
But things are changing! Over the past few weeks, Martha’s Vineyard has been getting a noticeable refresh, with even more updates on the way. As someone who’s spent plenty of time around the Beach and Yacht Club, I had to stop in and see how this once-hidden lounge is evolving.

The first thing you notice when you walk into the updated space is the addition of brand-new big-screen TVs throughout the lounge. Bartenders and servers shared that Martha’s Vineyard is leaning into a more sports-bar vibe, and the changes are already noticeable. The TVs are set up to show all the major games, and the lounge is now equipped with surround-sound audio, making it a great spot to catch a big matchup without ever leaving the resort.
Next up is the revamped cocktail menu, which brings a fresh lineup of specialty drinks themed to both the venue and the Beach Club. Whether you’re into craft cocktails, beer on tap, hard seltzers, refreshing teas, or a classic glass of wine, there’s something for every palate. And since it’s a full bar, if you have a favorite drink, the bartenders can almost always whip it up for you.
The food menu has also gotten a fun upgrade. While you won’t find full entrées here, the bar-style bites definitely hold their own. The buffalo wings, creamy clam chowder, and hearty beef sliders are perfect for sharing or snacking during a game. There’s a little something for everyone, and it pairs perfectly with the new sports-bar atmosphere.

For my drink, I went with the Cape Codder, made with Tito’s Vodka, cranberry and pomegranate juices, and a splash of Hella Cocktail Co. orange bitters. It reminds me of a vodka cranberry, light and refreshing. A simple but solid choice if you’re looking for something bright and fruity.

For my bite to eat, I went for the buffalo wings. I’m always on the hunt for good wings wherever I go, so I had to see how Martha’s Vineyard stacked up. They came with a blue cheese dip and celery, and I asked for ranch on the side as well. Just a heads-up: the ranch comes in a packet, while the blue cheese is served in a cup.
You get about five wings, but they’re solid in size and honestly really good. Crispy, flavorful, and exactly the kind of bar-style snack that fits the new theme perfectly. Considering there aren’t many standout wing spots across Walt Disney World property, these were a pleasant surprise and definitely something I’d order again.
Overall, the recent updates at Martha’s Vineyard at Disney’s Beach Club Resort are a welcome refresh. The new sports-bar vibe gives the lounge a new identity while still maintaining the relaxed, tucked-away charm that has made it a hidden gem. With expanded drink options, bar-style bites, and upgraded TVs perfect for catching a big game, it’s now an ideal spot to unwind after a long day at Walt Disney World. I’m especially excited to see what additional enhancements are coming in the next few weeks with refreshed furniture.
