Princess Cruises has announced that guests sailing on MedallionClass ships will now be able to use MedallionPay at destinations during their sailing. This contactless payment option allows guests to use their Princess Medallion wearable to shop, play, eat and drink.
This expansion of MedallionPay will be available in St. Thomas, Cabo San Lucas, Cozumel, and Puerta Vallarta with more destinations coming soon. Among the merchants accepting MedallionPay will be Diamonds International and Cariloha as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Guests who make purchases with MedallionPay will enjoy a 7% shipboard credit on purchases made with their account. Guests can get even bigger rewards when associating their account with a cash back credit card. No credit card or personal information is stored on the Medallion.
