Registration for the 2023 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is right around the corner! To help get runners excited, runDisney has unveiled the race themes for the upcoming event. Let’s take a look!
Disney Wine & Dine 5K
Racers, prepare yourselves for a spin around EPCOT with Alice, the Mad Hatter and all their Wonderland friends from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Alice in Wonderland” during the 2023 Disney Wine & Dine 5K. Enjoy a 3.1-mile tea-party adventure as you make a mad dash to the finish line and celebrate a very merry un-birthday with your newly earned finisher medal.
Disney Wine & Dine 10K
Be our racing Guest and put our 6.2-mile course to the test as the dining room proudly presents the 2023 Disney Wine & Dine 10K! Set out on a race day adventure in the great wide somewhere with Lumiere, Cogsworth and the other enchanted castle residents from Disney Animation’s “Beauty and the Beast.”
Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon
Get ready for a fantastical and magical 13.1-mile journey through Walt Disney World Resort during the 2023 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon! Participants are invited to pull up a chair at the family table as they join Mirabel and the rest of the family Madrigal from Disney Animation’s Academy Award®-winning “Encanto” to discover that when they push through the surface pressure, there’s no limit to what else they can do.
Disney Two Course Challenge
Let your imagination (and endurance) run wild as you head to Figment’s Open House for a visit into his topsy-turvy kitchen during the 2023 Disney Two Course Challenge. Participants will need just one spark of inspiration to complete both the Disney Wine & Dine 10K and Half Marathon, for a total of 19.3 miles, and earn a specialty challenge medal.
There you have it! The 2023 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend themes. Don’t forget this runDisney weekend is extra special with the after party at EPCOT on Sunday night after the half marathon. Registration for Club runDisney opens March 14th and for general registrants March 21st! runDisney will also offer a virtual option for runners who cannot attend in person which will open March 24th.
