Today, Disney has unveiled the all new menu and a sneak peak at what Steakhouse 71 will look like when it opens to guests on October 1st. Steakhouse 71 will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Steakhouse 71 gets its name from when the resort and Walt Disney World opened. You will be able to spot plenty of details harkening back to 1971 as well as subtle sightings of Orange Bird and citrus groves.
Guests can start their day with breakfast at Steakhouse 71. Breakfast features offerings such as pastries, Avocado Toast, Walt’s Prime Rib Hash and Eggs Benedict. For beverages you can savor things like the Steakhouse Bloody Mary and Bourbon Cold Brew as well as other non-alcoholic morning beverages.
Lunch also features a variety of things. From the Wedge Salad to the Steakhouse 71 Stack Burger!
For dinner, what would a steakhouse be without steak? Thats not all though, you can also find fish, chicken, and plant-based offerings too!
And for dessert, treat yourself to 15 layers of whiskey-infused chocolate cake!
Fans of the lounge life like myself will be happy to know that the lounge remains from the Wave days. Here is what you can expect in the lounge.
There will of course be a wide variety of specialty beverages to indulge in as well. One of them is The Citrus Grove Cocktail – Italian bitter, green herbal liqueur, citrus juices, simple syrup, and orange bitters. You can also try the Steakhouse 71 Vodka Gimlet – vodka, green herbal liqueur, herbal blend, lime juice, simple syrup, and Minute Maid Premium Lemonade. The “Lily” pad garnish on top is in honor of Lilian Disney, wife of Walt Disney!
Reservations for Steakhouse 71 open up September 16th!
