Disney continues to give us even more details on the upcoming Disney Cruise Line ship: the Disney Wish. Today we are looking at the staterooms on the ship.

Each stateroom aboard the Disney Wish is created with Disney fairytales in mind. Guests will find gold-leafed headboard murals, and framed pieces of art on the walls. The stateroom artwork represents both classic and contemporary Disney stories such as Cinderella, who is a huge part of the Disney Wish. Every aspect of the staterooms is part of the storytelling. Guests will find pixie-dusted furnishings, and linen embroidered with the fleet’s signature golden filigree. The corridors feature richly themed carpeting, soft colored accent walls, magical lighting and unique adornments throughout.

Most of the ship’s 1,254 staterooms will offer an ocean view. There are 877 rooms with a spacious verandah and 451 rooms with connecting doors to accommodate large parties. Some of those connecting rooms will have a partition between the verandahs that can be opened to create a shared balcony.

  • Most rooms feature the Disney Cruise Line signature split-bathroom, and all will include a bathtub.
  • There are enhanced storage options, roomy closets, elevated bed frames, and other spaces for your family’s belongings.
  • Secret starfields can be found hidden above the pull-down beds with original artwork featuring a Fairy Godmother constellation.
  • Rooms will also include a 43-inch TV, USB and USB-C ports, large vanity, mini refrigerator, full length mirror, mini safe, hair dryer, privacy divider, deluxe toiletries, and more.

The rooms don’t stop there. If you are looking to take your experience to the next level concierge staterooms, and suites may be what you are looking for. The Disney Wish will feature 76 concierge staterooms and suites which is more than double any other Disney ship.

Disney Wish concierge staterooms accommodate up to five guests, feature spacious living spaces, king beds, and premium amenities. Most will include a private verandah and have been inspired by the Disney film Tangled. One-bedroom concierge suites will have a separate living room, walk-in closets, two 43-inch TVs, and two bathrooms. Seven exclusive oceanview rooms will be Disney’s first ever staterooms located above the bridge and will feature breathtaking views of the ocean.

It doesn’t stop there, there is the Wish Tower Suite and four royal suites which we have featured here on the Crescent Lake Club before. Royal suites feature extravagant details, and first class amenities. Each suite has two main bedrooms with their own bathrooms featuring double vanities, and either a rain shower or bathtub. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room and third full bathroom. The two-story royal suites also have floor-ceiling-windows and things like a spiral staircase.

All concierge guests will receive a premium level of service as well as exclusive areas and amenities throughout their sailing. The new concierge lounge is more than triple the size of other Disney ships and will offer a full bar, light bites and a special kids area. From the lounge, guests will have access to a private deck with two whirlpools, a wading pool, bar, and lounge furniture.

This is just some of what you can find on the Disney Wish. Bookings for Castaway Club Members with over 25 sailings began today! Other Castaway Club Members will be able to book later this week.
