Walt Disney World has announced their 2021 Holiday Season offerings! This year’s holiday season will begin November 12th during the Walt Disney World 50th anniversary celebration. Festive decor, entertainment, specialty food and drinks, and of course holiday merchandise will all be available throughout the resort.

Magic Kingdom

Fan favorite decor will be back at Magic Kingdom park. When nighttime falls special holiday decorations will appear most nights on Cinderella Castle. These projections will alternate with the castle’s Beacon of Magic lighting that will happen for the 50th anniversary.

Disney Very Merriest After Hours will debut November 8th! On select nights through December 21st, four hours of holiday festivities including “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks” will delight guests. This party will begin at 9:00 p.m. and guests can gain park entry as early as 7:00 p.m. Similar to other Disney After Hours events guests can expect low wait times on more than 20 different attractions. Tickets will go on sale next month with an early purchase window for resort hotel guests.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Sunset Seasons Greetings is back! Hollywood Holiday Tower on Sunset Boulevard will come alive with projection effects showcasing some of your favorite Disney holiday stories. This holiday show will alternate with tower’s nightly Beacon of Magic transformation.

Santa Claus will travel down Hollywood Boulevard in a special holiday motorcade. Guests will also be able to sing along with Olaf in A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration with its festive finale. Minnie Mouse will be hosting her holiday themed meal at Hollywood & Vine once again. Fan favorite vintage themed holiday decor will also be back across the park.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Seasonal decor and flotillas will be back this holiday season! Tree of Life will add festive projections as well alternating with its Beacon of Magic offerings. That will take place most nights during the holiday celebration.

Disney Springs

Festive decor and more is back at Disney Springs! The Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll is back with plenty of trees to discover including new ones themed after the Walt Disney World 50th celebration. Magical snowfall will delight guests in Town Center as well. Jock Lindsey’s Hanger Bar will once again transform into Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar with plenty of limited time holiday offerings.

Disney Resort Hotels

The Disney resorts will also be decked out for the holiday season. Iconic trees and decor will return. The return of gingerbread displays at select deluxe resorts is also happening. Restaurants will also be offering specialty holiday items throughout the season.

Epcot

The Epcot International Festival of the Holidays returns from November 26th through December 30th. Holiday kitchens, performances from the Voices of Liberty, the fan favorite Cookie Stroll and more will be part of this holiday event.
