The Swan Reserve is now taking reservations!

Marriott and the Swan and Dolphin complex have just announced that the all new Swan Reserve is taking reservations! Starting today you can start booking rooms for September 2021 and beyond. The Swan Reserve was originally scheduled to open July 2021 and their website does still list that as the opening.

This all new hotel on Walt Disney World property is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection and will provide luxurious accommodations. The Swan Reserve has plenty of family style suites with space for groups of 6-10 people which is something not all Walt Disney World hotels offer.

Guests who choose to stay at the Swan Reserve will be located within walking distance to both Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Complimentary theme park bus transportation as well as water taxi will also be provided. Guests staying at the Swan Reserve will also have access to all of the amenities at the Swan and Dolphin resort hotels including 18 restaurants and lounges, 6 pools and a private beach.

Rates for rooms at the Swan Reserve vary based on dates of course but to give some sample pricing we found:

King Suite: Monday, October 11 to Tuesday, October 12th – $589
Traditional Room: Monday, September 27th to Tuesday, September 28th – $322

The Swan Reserve offers several room and view options with views looking towards both Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. They also have junior suites, king suites, and a presidential suite.
