Magic Kingdom

  • Early entry is offered to all Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests beginning 30 minutes prior to park open.
  • Walt Disney World Railroad is closed for refurbishment during this time.
  • Extended Evening Hours are only for guests staying at Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resorts.
  • Beacons of Magic for the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary take place on Cinderella Castle throughout the night.
  • Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend takes place from January 5th through January 9th, expect road and park interruptions.
  • Splash Mountain will be closed for refurbishment beginning January 10th.

  • Disneyland presents “it’s a small world” Holiday lighting at 5:30 PM nightly through Jan. 9th.
  • Wintertime Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty Castle takes place at 7:30 PM and 8:15 PM through Jan. 9th.
  • Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage is closed for refurbishment.
  • Tarzan’s Treehouse is closed for refurbishment.
  • Sailing Ship Columbia is closed for refurbishment.
  • Splash Mountain closes for refurbishment on January 10th.
  • Haunted Mansion Holiday closes for refurbishment on January 10th.
  • During this holiday week Disneyland will run “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” twice daily through Jan. 9th.
  • “Believe…In Holiday Magic” Fireworks Spectacular is taking place during this holiday time through Jan. 9th.
  • Mickey’s Mix Magic with Projections returns January 10th.
