The highly regarded Victoria & Albert’s restaurant will reopen its doors July 28th at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Reservations will open beginning June 20th.

Victoria & Albert’s is a recipient of the AAA Five Diamond Award since 2000 as well as Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Award since 2018. This location is known for its incredible dining experience with ingredients from around the globe. This restaurant is the only one in Florida to hold the honor of having both the AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards and joins only 26 other restaurants in the nation with the same distinction.

When Victoria & Albert’s reopens its doors in July, the experience will be enhanced. The menu and space have both received upgrades during its closure. The newly reimagined dining room takes guests into a Victorian-styled setting that showcase elegance and inspirations of a whimsical garden. The private Queen Victoria’s Room or the coveted Chef’s Table offer more intimate dining options. The wine collection found within the cellar offers more than 500 selections that perfectly pair with the dishes served. There will also be a new zero-proof cocktail pairing menu for those looking for something non-alcoholic.

Guests will be able to indulge in dishes such as Colorado Lamb with pickled blueberry and violet mustard and line-caught turbot with fennel fondue, and Pernod beurre blanc. Those who enjoy the finest of beef can experience the Wagyu A-5 Miyazaki with sauce romesco and potato rösti. Chocolate lovers will revel in the Spectrum of Chocolate, an ombré featuring specialty sourced chocolates with accents of buttermilk, Grand Marnier, and vanilla.

Victoria & Albert’s does have a strict dress code as this is an exquisite and intimate dining experience and the culinary crown jewel of the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests are expected to dress accordingly for this upscale location with semi-formal to formal attire that respects the restaurant’s elegant and opulent aesthetic.

The reopening of this restaurant comes as part of the multi-year transformation of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This transformation began with the addition of Enchanted Rose lounge and the reimagining of Cítricos – which subtle nods to beloved Disney films – and continued with the reopening of The Grand Floridian Spa. Victoria & Albert’s and the newly enhanced and expanded accommodations at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will open this summer. The transformation will continue with updated offerings across the resort over the coming years.
