Walt Disney World announced some big changes to their Disney Genie+ service beginning June 8th.
Guests will only be able to purchase Disney Genie+ on the day of their visit. There will no longer be any option to purchase Disney Genie+ prior to arrival to Walt Disney World. Guests who did already pre-purchase Disney Genie+ will still get what they paid for however.
Disney Genie+ will also be subject to availability. This means on certain days, Disney Genie+ may sell out or not be available.
As a reminder, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT will become a Disney Genie+ offering beginning May 31st. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will be available as an individual Lightning Lane selection or as a virtual queue offering.
