Toy Story characters are no stranger to the Disney Cruise Line. This franchise has a huge presence throughout the ships including things like the Pixar Pals Party, in shows at the Walt Disney Theater, or inside Andy’s Room at the Oceaneer’s Club. Toy Story will continue to have a presence on the Disney Wish with the Toy Story Splash Zone!
On the upper decks of the Disney Wish this water play area is designed for families with young children. There will be a a full water playground where you can find Woody, Buzz and their friends as larger than life rubber bath toys. This area is inspired by the Pixar short “Partysaurus Rex,” but also feature elements of Woody’s Round Up and Buzz Lightyear’s intergalactic world.
Everyone in the family can also take a ride down Slide-a-saurus Rex, a double-looping waterslide that sends guests down the drain with the rest of the toys when the bathtub overflows. Trixie Falls will also be part of this area. This is a six-inch deep wading pool featuring a fountain and waterfall. Wheezy’s Freezies will be the place to get fruit blended smoothies as a great way to cool down.
