Atop Disney’s Bay Lake Tower, Disney Vacation Club Members have access to a members only lounge– The Top of the World Lounge. The lounge offers breathtaking views of Magic Kingdom and makes for a great way to end the day, enjoying a beverage, heavy appetizers, and the famous 7-Layer Cake!!
Layers of chocolate and vanilla cake combined with chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, and salted caramel paired with a glass of bubbly is what I call over the top decadence. OMG!! This one is definitely meant to be shared and will set you back $10.99. It’s so worth it though.
Not a Disney Vacation Club member? You’re in luck! This beauty has been on the ‘secret menu’ over at the Wave at Disney’s Contemporary Resort recently, so you can try it too! If you are a Disney Vacation Club member or travelling with a member staying on a DVC reservation, the Top of the World Lounge is worth a visit, especially during Happily Ever After.
